- Boutique, premium, recognizable, and dependable everyday brands
New-with-tags and gently used clothing may be considered when it meets our quality and inventory standards.
Condition Standards
Clean, Current, & Well-Cared-For
Please inspect each item before bringing it to Willow & Sage.
Clothing should be freshly cleaned, neatly folded, and free from:
- Stains or discoloration
- Holes, tears, or damaged seams
- Heavy fading, pilling, or excessive wear
- Smoke, mildew, perfume, or other strong odors
- Pet hair
- Missing buttons or broken fasteners
- Broken zippers
- Alterations that affect fit or resale
- Counterfeit branding or safety concerns
A helpful rule: bring items you would feel comfortable purchasing for your own child.

We do not purchase:

- Furniture
- Baby equipment
- Books
- Adult clothing
- Household goods
- General merchandise
- Fast Fashion
- Recalled, unsafe, counterfeit, or heavily altered items
Preparing Your Items
A little preparation helps us review your clothing more efficiently.
- Wash and fully dry each item.
- Check clothing in good lighting for stains, wear, and damage.
- Fold items neatly.
- Place them in a clean, manageable bag or bin.
- Remove hangers and personal belongings.
- Contact Willow & Sage before visiting to confirm current buying availability and intake instructions.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to carefully review your clothing. Any items left unclaimed for more than 30 days after drop-off will become the property of Willow & Sage.
How Items Are Selected
We are selective so customers can count on a clean, curated shopping experience.
Acceptance is based on:
- Condition and overall appearance
- Current or upcoming season
- Size demand
- Brand and style demand
- Expected resale value
- Current inventory levels
We may decline an item even when it is in good condition if we already have enough inventory in that size, category, or season. Bringing an item does not guarantee that it will be purchased.

Ready to Sell?
Offers are based on expected resale value, condition, demand, and current inventory needs and not the item’s original retail price.
Buying hours, processing times, payment methods, and any cash or store-credit options are still being finalized. Please contact the Willow & Sage team before bringing clothing to the store for the latest details.
